Can I cancel an order?
Once an order is placed, all prices are locked-in on buying or selling transactions with Executive Bullion.  We do not wish to engage in transactions that may be cancelled and become exposed to the risks involved.  However, rare situations can occur and orders may need to be cancelled.  All cancelled orders are subject to our Buyback Policy. In order to cancel an order, it must be done during normal business hours of 9:30 – 5:00 EST Monday – Friday.  All cancellations are subject to a 5% restocking feeAll cancellations must be conducted over the phone, if approved you will be issued a RMA number which needs to accompany the product being returned.  At the time of the cancellation the 5% non-refundable restocking fee will be calculated. Once your items are returned and verified the refund will be processed less the applicable restocking fee. No new orders will be permitted until the product is returned and the cancellation is fully processed.

Can changes be made to my order after I'm locked in?
No.  Changes to your order are treated as a cancellation. If you wish to add to your order, this will be processed as a new order that will include shipping and insurance charges.

What is your return policy?
There will be NO returns on bullion type coins.  All Bullion coin sales are final! If you wish to return your coin/bullion type product to Executive Bullion, please read the "Buyback Policy".

Executive Bullion will only accept returns on Certified graded coins that remain in their original packaging. Certified coins will NOT be accepted for return if protective case has been damaged or tampered with. If the case has NOT been damaged or tampered with, returns will be accepted on certified coins only if the original order is returned to Executive Bullion using United States Post Office registered mail, insured for their full value and post marked no later than three (3) days from the time the order is received by you.

Executive Bullion will NOT assume any responsibility while coins are in transit, and will only assume responsibility while coins are in Executive Bullion's physical custody and control.

All returns whether for return or resale purposes, will be videotaped to insure that the contents of the package matches the included paperwork.  Should a discrepancy arise, you will be notified immediately via phone/email, and a copy of the videotape will be made available.

In the event that a package has not been delivered by the carrier, Executive Bullion will not refund or reship the purchased product until the appropriate carrier has notified Executive Bullion in writing that said package has been declared lost.
