Do you have a minimum transaction?

How can I sell to Executive Bullion? 
Selling your items to Executive Bullion is easy. When you are ready to sell items to us, just follow these simple steps
If you are selling Scrap Gold to Executive Bullion, click here and fill out the customer information form.

If you are selling Coins or Bullion to us:

  1. Call us at (877) 393-2285 for current prices and details of the process.
  2. Securely package your items and then ship to:

It is highly recommended to ship your package using USPS Registered Mail and purchase insurance for your protection.

When will I receive my payment?
When we receive your package we will typically send your payment within 3-5 business days in one of the following ways.  You can select which payment method best suits your needs.

Payment options for purchases of less than $5,000.00 (USD):

  1. Check sent first class mail

Payment options for purchases of $5,000.00 (USD) or more:

  1. Bank Wire - a $25.00 fee will be applied for same day wire.
  2. 24 hour ACH payment.
  3. Check sent first class mail 

Can I sell my precious metals at one of your physical locations?
Yes. You may visit one of our convenient locations located in Southwest Florida during normal business hours Monday – Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm.

What happens if I don't send in the precious metals after locking in a trade?
Once you lock in the trade you are required to provide Executive Bullion your registered mail number or the tracking number from the shipper of your choice. Executive Bullion reserves the right to void your transaction if you do not provide by the end of the following business day the registered mail or tracking number from the carrier. Furthermore, you will not be permitted to sell to us in the future. When you contact us with the registered mail or tracking number and we do not receive the items within 5 business days and the delay is due to the USPS, UPS or Federal Express, we will extend the deadline on a case by case basis.
